MS Outlook Express

  1. Start Outlook express. (Start / Programs / Internet Explorer / Outlook Express).
  2. Select Tools from the menu bar.
  3. Go to Accounts.
  4. Click on the Mail Tab at the top.
  5. Click ADD on the right side, and click Mail.
  6. The first screen will ask you for a “Display Name”. This is the name that everyone sees when they receive mail from you.
  7. Enter your name then click next to proceed. (i.e. John Smith).
  8. Enter your email address then click next. (i.e. john@cyberonic.com).
  9. Make sure Pop3 is selected and enter email server names. For both incoming and outgoing mail enter: mail.cyberonic.com
  10. Click Next.
  11. Make sure “Log on using”  button is marked.
  12. Enter your email user name and password. Click Next.
  13. Enter a name in which you would like to refer to this profile. Finally. It is recommended that you use your username. This is what will be displayed in the “Accounts Box”. Click Next.
  14. Next choose, “Connect using my phone line”. Click Next.
  15. If you already configured your dial-up networking for Cyberonic, select “Use an existing dial-up connection” and choose Cyberonic.

Repeat above to add additional email accounts.
